Scope

Built Project H’s first B2B marketing channel from scratch, targeting corporate offices, hotels, and tour operators. Developed partnership models including corporate wellness benefits, employee vouchers, group activities, hotel guest packages, tour experience bundles, and commission-based partner programs.

Execution and impact

Created lead databases, quotation files, pricing structures, brochures, pitch decks, and partnership proposals. The channel later generated B2B group activity sales of approximately 30,000–50,000 THB per event.
