Case summary
Designed workflow requirements and UX/UI wireframe concepts for a custom internal system to replace fragmented Google Sheets and manual workflows. The system concept covered 11 core modules, including booking, face-scan check-in, CRM, role permissions, inventory, survey, notifications, TV dashboard, loyalty points, wellness tracking, and PWA.
The goal was to improve staff workflow, reduce manual data entry, centralize customer information, support performance tracking, and create a smoother customer experience across branches.
